Welcome to Retrodam! These terms and conditions govern your use of Retrodam's online fashion webshop and the purchase of products from our website. By accessing or using Retrodam's webshop, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Licensing and Professional Associations:

  • If Retrodam's activities are subject to a relevant licensing system, the data of the supervisory authority will be provided.
  • If Retrodam pursues a regulated profession, the following information will be provided:
    • The professional association of which Retrodam is a member.
    • The profession and location within the EU or European Economic Area where this profession is assigned.
    • Reference to the professional rules applicable in the Netherlands, along with instructions on how and where to access these professional rules.

2. Relevance:

  • These general terms and conditions apply to any offer made by Retrodam and to every finalized distance agreement between Retrodam and the consumer.
  • Retrodam ensures that the text of the general terms and conditions is made available to the consumer before the distance agreement is concluded. If not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the general terms and conditions can be accessed.
  • If the distance agreement is concluded electronically, Retrodam will provide the text of the general terms and conditions in a format that can be saved on a durable medium.

3. Offer:

  • Each offer made by Retrodam includes clear information about the rights and obligations related to the offer.
  • Retrodam ensures that the offer contains information such as price inclusive taxes, delivery costs, payment methods, and the right of withdrawal.

4. The Agreement:

  • The agreement between Retrodam and the consumer is finalized when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions.
  • Retrodam confirms electronically the acceptance of the offer by the consumer. Until confirmation is received, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement.

5. Delivery and Execution:

  • Retrodam takes utmost care in the reception and execution of orders. The delivery place is considered to be the address provided by the consumer.
  • Retrodam will strive to execute accepted orders expeditiously, but no later than within 30 days. If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be notified, and they have the right to terminate the agreement without additional cost.

6. Right of Withdrawal:

  • The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product or entering into the agreement for services.
  • Retrodam will reimburse any payment made by the consumer within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request.

7. Pricing:

  • Retrodam ensures that the prices of offered products and services remain valid during the specified period mentioned in the offer, except for changes due to VAT rates.
  • Prices include VAT unless otherwise specified.

8. Complaints:

  • Retrodam features a sufficiently publicized complaints procedure and handles complaints according to this procedure.
  • Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted within a reasonable time after the defects are observed.

9. Disputes:

  • Dutch law applies to agreements between Retrodam and consumers.
  • Disputes can be mediated by Stichting WebwinkelKeur or Stichting GeschilOnline.

10. Additional Provision:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or returned.
